• Birth details: Full name, date of birth, birth time (where required), and city/country of birth.
• Partner details (for compatibility reports only): the same birth-related fields for your partner.
• Email address: Used solely to deliver your completed report and send an order confirmation.
• Account credentials (if you register): Email and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

How We Use Your Data

Your birth details are collected for one purpose only: calculating your astrological chart and composing your personalised report. They are not used for profiling, advertising, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your order.

Payment Data

All payment processing is handled securely by Paddle, our authorised merchant of record. Mapas Védicos does not see, collect, or store any credit card, debit card, MB WAY, or other payment instrument details at any point during or after your transaction. Your payment information is governed by Paddle's own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except in the following limited cases:

• Paddle — our payment processor, who receives only what is necessary to complete your transaction.
• Email service providers — to transmit your order confirmation and completed report to your inbox.
• Legal obligation — if required by law or a valid court order.

Data Retention

Order records (including birth data used for the report) are retained for up to 3 years for customer service and record-keeping purposes, after which they are securely deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us with your order number and registered email address.
