By accessing or using the Mapas Védicos website and purchasing any report, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of the Service
Mapas Védicos provides personalised astrological chart interpretations composed by a human astrologer based on the birth data you supply. Astrology is a symbolic and interpretive practice. Results are subjective and no outcome, prediction, or description can be guaranteed to reflect real-world events, circumstances, or traits.
Our reports should not be used as a substitute for, or to delay seeking, professional advice in any domain including but not limited to: medicine, psychiatry, psychology, law, financial planning, or relationship counselling.
3. Accuracy of Information
The quality of your report depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth data you provide. É o único responsável for ensuring all details — including birth date, time, and location — are correct before submitting your order. Mapas Védicos accepts no liability for reports produced from inaccurate data.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. Due to the personalised and digital nature of our reports, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and work has commenced. Please review our full Refund Policy for further details.
5. Delivery Timeline
Personalised reports are delivered via email within 5 to 7 business days of a confirmed order. While we endeavour to meet this window, it is a guideline and not a guaranteed deadline. If your report has not arrived after 7 days, please contact us.
6. Intellectual Property
Each report is created exclusively for the purchasing customer. You may not resell, republish, distribute, or reproduce the content of your report for commercial purposes without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mapas Védicos and its team are not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes experienced as a result of reading or acting upon the content of any report. A nossa responsabilidade total in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
