Why We Cannot Issue Refunds
Cada relatório da Mapas Védicos é a bespoke, handcrafted document prepared specifically for you using the birth data you provide. The moment an order is confirmed:
- Your personal data is immediately passed to our astrologer for chart calculation.
- Significant skilled labour begins, tailored solely to your birth details.
- The digital nature of the product means it cannot be "returned" once work has commenced.
For these reasons, all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Incorrect Birth Details
Astrological accuracy depends entirely on the birth data you supply. Mapas Védicos is not responsible for inaccuracies arising from incorrect birth date, time, or location entered at the time of purchase. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
Report Delivery
Personalised reports are delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 5 to 7 business days. If you have not received your report after 7 days, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate billing error).
- A technical failure on our part meant the report was never prepared or dispatched within 14 days of purchase.
